Adventures at the Harry Potter Studio in London!

Hey guys! I’m finally home from our jaunt around Europe, and WOW, it was amazing! I finally have stamps in my passport! That’s right, before this trip I’d never been anywhere out of the country…cruise ship ports not included.

As you may have guessed if you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, the highlight of my trip was the Harry Potter Studio Tour in London. While we were there they were filming Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them! (Part 2 or 3, I assume.) And while I didn’t get to snag Eddie Redmayne and bring him home, I did get a TON of amazing pictures.

The Harry Potter Studio Tour was absolutely amazing! My favorite parts were The Great Hall (which is a lot smaller than you’d think!), the Gryffindor Common Room, Dumbledore’s Office, the Potions Classroom, and of course, Hogwarts! They used this model for all the “outdoor” shots of the castle. It’s about 50 feet across and it took 86 artists to build it. It was breathtaking!

If you’re a Harry Potter nut like me, I’m sure you’ll enjoy them. Be sure to let me know in the comments!

It’s going to be a busy few weeks ahead because The Taken, Book 4 in The Soul Summoner Series, drops in just a few weeks! Get all the info and enter to win an iPad Mini here: THE TAKEN
