I get lots of emails with lots of questions every day, so I decided to compile my frequently asked questions here. If I don’t answer your question on this list, be sure to email me through the contact page. I’m happy to chat! Let’s get the most frequently asked question of all frequently asked questions out of the way first, shall we?

When is the next Soul Summoner Book coming???
The Regular Guy: A Nathan McNamara story is coming June 28th! You can preorder it now.

Are these books available in audio?
Yes! You can find them on Audible, iTunes, or Amazon.

When will The Sacrifice be available in audio?
Soon! It’s in production.

How much of The Bed She Made is true?
I wrote a whole article answering this question. Get all the juicy details here: The Bed She Made, The Back Story

What inspires you to write?
I’ve always suffered from? enjoyed? an overactive imagination. When I was a kid, it was a problem. (I gave up baths at age 7 after sneaking and watching JAWS because I was afraid a shark would eat me in the bathtub. Seriously.) Today, that same imagination is paying off. But I still can’t watch scary movies.

How can I get a book signed?
You can buy signed paperbacks in my online shop or you can get them signed in person at one of my appearances.

I want to be a writer. What advice can you give me?
I have another website called www.howtopublishfiction.com where I give all my best writing and publishing advice. There’s also a free book available there called How to Write Fiction that I wrote for aspiring authors.

Where are you from?
I grew up in the mountains of Western North Carolina. The Soul Summoner is based there in Asheville. We are a military family, so we move around a lot now, but we visit the Asheville area frequently. If you’re ever in that neck of the woods (as the locals would say), my big brother owns a couple of gem mines there. You should totally visit him and tell him how wonderful, talented, smart, and amazing I am… He LOVES that sort of thing. You can find him here: Pisgah Forest Gem Mine

Do you really color coordinate your hair to match your book covers?
Yep. At least until I get bored and decide to change it. You can see the proof on Instagram: @eliciahyder on Instagram
